Anti-Sharing and Redistribution Policy

This policy protects the integrity of the Seven01 methodology and the value of membership for all members. Sharing access or redistributing content undermines the 100-member cap and the documented, transparent record Seven01 maintains.

Your Seven01 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, session tokens, or livestream access with any other person. Access is limited to one concurrent device per membership.

You may not, in real time or near-real time:

• Rebroadcast, retransmit, or stream The 7:01 Room livestream to others.
• Redistribute the active ticker, entry, target, or stop to non-members before the setup closes.
• Screen-record or capture the livestream where legally enforceable.
• Republish setup information in any public forum before the setup closes.

The 7:01 Room displays a moving, semi-transparent watermark containing your member ID, partially masked email, and current Eastern Time. This watermark is used to trace the source of any unauthorized redistribution.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate session revocation, termination of membership without refund, and, where applicable, legal action. Seven01 reserves the right to revoke a compromised session without canceling the customer's entire account.

Technical controls discourage sharing but cannot guarantee that screen recording or redistribution is impossible. Members remain legally bound by this policy and the Live Room Agreement regardless of technical feasibility.
